Simply set the stair angle of your jig using the built in angle gage or for landings, keep at 0 degrees. Then extend the slider until the fixture contacts the posts at the correct locations. Clamp in place using wide mouth vise grips. Drill your holes for tapping. Clips will be in perfect alignment every time. In your kit, we'll include the drill ends that you specify depending on the clip manufacturer and the tube size you use. We can include extra ends for different tube sizes and clip manufacturers at an additional cost of $50.00 per end. |
